4 agosto 2018: Forest Bathing
Ancora una nuova esperienza di “Bagno nella foresta” con amici inglesi, e anche se non parlavamo la stessa lingua gli Alburni ci hanno uniti e hanno parlato per noi facendosi capire benissimo. Abbiamo visitato la grotta del Fumo, di Frà Gentile e dei Vitelli e ciascuna di esse ha regalato forti emozioni ai visitatori, lasciando, sono sicuro, un ricordo indelebile nella memoria degli amici escursionisti, così come nella mia.
Still a new experience of “Bath in the forest” with English friends, and even if we did not speak the same language, the Alburni joined us and spoke for us making us understand very well. We visited the cave of Smoke, Frà Gentile and the Calves and each of them has given strong emotions to visitors, leaving, I’m sure, an indelible memory in the memory of friends hikers, as well as mine.
